Horace built CENTROM as a trust that could serve his own future needs and now, it stands as a platform that empowers others in similar situations to find structure, security, and clarity in the Medicaid process.

Founder’s Message

When I founded CENTROM LTD CO. on June 28, 2004, it came from a deeply personal place. I’ve lived through the challenges that too many families face when systems fall short whether it’s access to critical care, reliable services, or simply navigating daily life with dignity. My goal was never just to start a company. It was to build a support system I wish I had growing up and to offer something real and lasting to those in need, especially our seniors, low-income individuals, and underserved communities.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked to ensure CENTROM delivers practical, sustainable, and communitycentered solutions whether through setting up essential services, offering housing and healthcare support, or creating structures like Miller Trusts (Qualified Income Trusts) that help families qualify for Medicaid in states like Texas. We understand how complex and overwhelming it can be to navigate eligibility, and we’re here to bridge those gaps with clarity, care, and compliance

At CENTROM, we believe in people-first progress. Every program we build from infrastructure projects to public benefit services is designed to make life simpler, safer, and more secure. Our work is driven by integrity, powered by innovation, and rooted in social responsibility. This isn’t just business for me it’s personal.
